In order to use the PULSY app, you need to create/register new account first.

1. To start, click on the sign up link.
2. The app will open up a new page.
3. Enter your username, email, password.
4. To confirm that you enter the correct password, you need to reenter it again to confirm the password.
5. After you have done, click on “Sign-Up” to proceed.
6. You will received an email to verify your account.
